My hubby is trying to lose weight. So far he has dropped around 15 pounds, but at the moment, he is having a hard time losing more weight. He tells me that he wears a pedometer to count the number of steps a day and on a normal work day he says he totals around 9,000 steps. He really needs to do more strenuous exercise than just walking. He has some exercise equipment, folding treadmills being one item he has, but he is not using it very often. I guess I need to encourage him to use it. I want him to be healthy for me and the kids.
