Weight Lifting

I often talk about weight loss here, one thing I have learned is diet and supplements are not enough. You need to exercise. A pull up bar is one way for you to get in some weight lifting. What weight are you lifting? Well it’s your body. So if you are like my hubby and weigh more than 200lbs then you can see you will have a lot of weight to work with, but if you are like me, well there is not that much, but still it will help me build muscle and burn fat.
