I Am Confused

My cousin just messaged me this morning that they are hiring this time in the account that I had been wanting to join for a year now. I really wanted to go to submit my requirements but this week is just so hectic. Tomorrow is my youngest daughter’s birthday; I will be the one to deliver the lunch for the whole class and 2 boxes of pizza. If I will go at their office at 8 in the morning I may not be able to make it to do all things for Faith’s birthday because after I will deliver their lunch I have to grocery shop for our dinner at home then I have to go back in SM to buy the gift she wanted, not to mention I still have work later at night. Too busy that sometimes I can’t handle anymore.

On Friday, my sister already booked our Eden outing, an extension for her birthday celebration. Faith loves nature and animals and since we haven’t been there yet, I’d like to treat her, supposedly it was only her and I but my nieces, Mj and sisters would like to join, so I will be treating the whole family. I am hoping my money can make it. So moving forward I still can’t make it to their office. I know that opportunity knocks only once but how can I grab it, while I need to be a mother first for my kids. Oh God please guide my decisions.

Finally, I was hired!

It is really not so easy to look for a job back then, especially when it was dreadfully so hot outside and yet you still have to look good so the company would eventually hire you. There are times, right after the interview, they would only tell you, they will just call you back but after a week or three weeks of waiting, you heard nothing from them instead.
How many times would I get so frustrated, a million of times. But I never give up, although sometimes I saw my application threw in the garbage can yet I never stop, I still seek for a company to hire me and so I did. Even that means I had to walk a thousand miles just to get to the company I want to have the interview with, in due time after a long patience of waiting, I was hired!

Interesting Exhibits

Have you ever been to a Job Fair, Trade Show, or any other kind of informational gathering? Do you ever wonder how they come up with those great ideas for those trade show displays that tell you about there product, service or company? Some of them are very unique and eye catching. A lot of visual information can be put in a small area. You can learn about the company, its products and/or services and if it is a job fair, job openings. If for no other reason, just walking through areas where there are a lot of these displays is educational.

There are various types of displays that are you can see at exhibits, truss displays are often custom designed for a company, and will allow them to take advantage of design style that will enhance their display and make it stand out from others. The versatility of this design can be used in conjunction with other types of displays. It can be used to hang lighting that focuses on your product, service or representative.

One thing that I have noticed is that several companies have logo floor mats at their entrance; I have also seen them at trade shows. What is the first think you see when you go to an office? One thing I notice right away is the logo. Most places will have it on the outside of the building, and then again when you enter. I have also seen them at trade shows. It is one way that companies “brand” themselves.

All of these things can be seen at exhibits, trade shows and job fairs. The exhibit booths should draw attention. They may want to attract you to buy something, learn about an issue, a charity, or provide you information about jobs available. I know that what attracts me to an exhibit booth is the way the information is displayed. Is the information easy to read, eye catching and pertinent to me. Style and content will grab my eye. A shoddy display will cause me to walk right past it.
