Tug of War

There are times that my kids were like playing in a tug of war. They needed me to attend their needs at the same time. I was like a rope in between them, trying to make both ends meet.
One morning, when I tried to put some ointment in Jm’s allergy, my little toddler is pulling my legs, saying she was in pain too and I need to treat her. There is a hundred of times she did that, if I talk to Jm, she would interfere and would sit in between us. Or when I teach Jm on her studies, she would also try to catch my attention.
This morning is different, my eldest daughter was the one who is acting up when I told her that it is my sister Merlyn her Aunt will be the one to send her to the pool and to the Kumon. She immediately disagree with it, when I explained it to her, she locked herself in her bedroom and cried.
If you think that it is easy to only have two kids, it is not because they sometimes get nuts and will do their best to get your attention at once.

I think regardless of how many kids we have, parenting is really not an easy job to do. 🙂
